    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #663300;"&gt;Here it is, enjoy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #663300;"&gt;!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #663300;"&gt;Raspberry Butter&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #663300;"&gt;1 stick  (1/4 lb) unsalted butter, room temperature&lt;BR /&gt; 1/4 C raspberry preserves&lt;BR /&gt; 2 Tbsp powdered sugar&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Place in mixer and beat until well combined. Return to refrigerator to help set.       <description>Oh terrific. I was thinking about a different spread to serve with the Blueberry Lime Cream Cheese Pound Cake next time I make it ...... Thinking for Easter this year. I just received a jar of Raspberry Enlightenment from Penzys and want to try it on something soon. This is perfect! (Recipe posted by Adoreqvc on this site last summer..
