I haven't grilled outdoors in ages. I had no idea that it was National Barbecue Day, but I have some thin ribeyes thawing. We do all our grilling inside now on our Ninja Foodie Grill.

Nope. Barbecue season for us in from October to April. To hot. We hibernate in the summer in Arizona.

Dang! Didn't know! We were talking about getting meat two days ago! We use a Cookshack electric (great cooker!) made in Ponca City OK for "lazy q", and a Big Green Egg.

We bbq all year around! Just ran out of pork butt about a week ago.

@chessygal I dipped some smoked brisket into BBQ sauce in honor of today. Does that count?
