I've loved spinach from childhood. Yes, I was that kid that craved vegetables while my siblings merely tolerated them. The more colorful the better for my plate please.

My favorite way to use recently is fresh spinach added at the last moments to a pasta or egg dish to boost nutrition.

I'm a weirdo—I don't like eating spinach raw, especially on its own, because I can't get past the realization that I'm literally eating leaves. But pair it with other things, cook it, or blend it up, and I am a fan.

ETA: But NO to canned spinach; my father likes it, so we had it when I was very young, and it is just not good. It's all yours, Popeye!
