You will be able to get a refund, but I wish the chocolate vendors would differentiate which areas they can ship to and when. Even here in PA, I only get chocolate shipped during the winter months.

As a pretzel lover & a chocolate lover, eagerly awaited my Landies Candies Chocolate Covered Pretzels, since this was a first time purchase for me. As I took the pkg from the USPS carrier at my front door, I could feel it was very warm to the touch. Our temp in Fort Worth today was 85 degrees at 3pm. Opening the box I found the chocolate was already melting. We are set for next 3 days of 90+ weather. Sure glad I did not order those Lindt Truffles that were tempting me the other day.

I was also glad I skipped the Lindt truffles, but at least I can get them around here; I'm really bummed about not sneaking in another shipment of Enstrom petites this spring. We're supposed to be in the mid-50s and have been in the low 80s instead—not as hot as you are, but much too warm for March. I wish the temps would swing back down, but it isn't looking promising.
