Good evening everyone. Jeanloisefrench glad to hear you and your family are all safe from awful weather. Sending prayers and well wishes to all those effected by tornados.I can't imagine what that must feel like in seconds to have everything taking away. Its been great weather down here but that's about to change. Its amazing that just over two weeks ago we got 3 feet of snow from that historic blizzard. There's still snow piles but must around us snow has melted. I haven't been on much lately. I still haven't been feeling that good. Everything I do takes me so much longer now and I'm still in alot of pain . not as much but alot more than I used to have. I have an MS specialist appointment tomorrow and I will see my MRI results. I do have alot of pain meds but they don't do much. I never really wanted to try cannibus for pain but at this point I'm ready to try it. I will be asking my MS doctor about it tomorrow. Monday I made pasta with ground beef and a cream sauce. If I had frozen peas it would have made a good addition. I checked but none in the frezzer. Leftovers last night because I didn't feel like cooking. Tonight I made mashed potatoes, fried chicken, corn with gravy. I said I was going to put a recipe for chicken pot pie soup on here. I haven't but I will soon. Have a great night everyone.

Beef stew with lots of carrots and parsnips. only have 5 small white potatoes so having mashed taters with stew. I used to put the potatoes in with the stew . but I liked the mashed better.

Lately I have kind of been on strike in the kitchen. Meals I intended to make have been a bust. A few dyas ago after the snowstorm I had shrimp defrosting in the fridge and it started to smell really off. I bagged it up and refroze it to return to Aldi's. When I was at the register returning, the cashier said "Pink Argentinan Shrimp?" I said yes so my guess is others returned that too. I noticed on the frozen case they marked down that shrimp. It should have been pulled off the shelves. Nasty stuff...the odor lingered in my fridge for days!

Sunday dinner--made the ever wonderful chicken, broccoli, rice casserole and it was amazing!!! and I used canned soup!!! I usually don't use that---not a fan of the ingredients but sometimes you gotta do it. then served it over brown rice--had fresh strawberries and a green salad--was so tasty!!

Good evening everyone. It started out sunny but got cloudy and some snow, frezzing rain now rain. For dinner last night I made Thanksgiving turkey meat loaf, stuffing, corn, gravy and cranberry sauce, mini muffins for breakfast, leftover quesadillas from last week for lunch and I made burgers with potato puffs for dinner. With clemintines and leftover Italian cold cut calzone and pickled artichokes for snack and ria had a rice crispy treat and a few Swedish fish. Have a great night everyone.
