      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Do you have some suggestions? &amp;nbsp;I'd love to hear them! &amp;nbsp;We now substitute green beans for chips or fries. And it surprises me how good they are.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Yes, fresh ones steamed for about 6 or 7 minutes--so they still have enough firmness to pick them up like fries--and served cold, warm or hot. &amp;nbsp;I put a touch of lemon juice or a good balsamic vinegar on them along with a little salt and pepper (I'm partial to white pepper) and we eat them like French fries! &amp;nbsp;And love them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Sometimes we add Italian seasoning, Herbs de Provence, Greek, Cajun or any other seasoning we like. &amp;nbsp;Works for us! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Do you have some favorites?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I roast a pan of veggies and eat them like chips!&amp;nbsp; I use broccoli, cauliflower &amp;amp; carrots.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I pickle beets, carrots and green &amp;amp; wax beans!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Always tasty.&amp;nbsp; I use EVOO, Himalayan salt, black pepper &amp;amp; garlic (together) in a plastic bag.&amp;nbsp; Use EVOO first to coat then add other spices.&amp;nbsp; Yours may vary!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I use canned veggies to pickle.&amp;nbsp; I buy Ball's Pickling spice instead of doing my own.&amp;nbsp; Add to picklin liquid.&amp;nbsp; Directions on the net!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I do a lot a Ala Carte eating these days!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We haven't had potatoes in any form for six years. &amp;nbsp;My go to sides are tossed salad, fresh or frozen green beans, fresh or frozen broccoli, fresh Brussels sprouts, or fresh asparagus. &amp;nbsp;I make them a a few different ways but steamed or roasted are the most common. &amp;nbsp;Usually I season with Kinders "The Blend". It's just salt, pepper , and garlic. &amp;nbsp;I add butter to the steamed veggies when I serve them. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes I'll do a little extra like wrapping asparagus with bacon before roasting. &amp;nbsp;I also have a great Brussels sprouts casserole for an occasional splurge. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
