On May 7 I ordered the Primula 24 oz Tumbler and Water Bottle. It is supposed to arrive on May 17. The status is "processing". Customer service says I will have it on May 17. Payment has not been processed. It is in stock. Anyone else have an order taking a long time to ship?

There have been many delays recently in shipping merchandise. Im guessing, based on pandemic circumstances, that they may be due to chaos in the maritime shipping from Asia, caused by tariff uncertainty. Things are not arriving at ports as scheduled.
