      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I agree.&amp;nbsp; I followed the directions and got a recall number.&amp;nbsp; But, then I had to take a picture of the gloves with the recall number written on them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I went back in, it said my recall number was not valid.&amp;nbsp; The computer gave me a different recall number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I submitted what I had but I'm betting I won't get a refund because of dual recall numbers.&amp;nbsp; They certainly don't make it easy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not that horrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have your proof of purchase ready to photograph (easily accessed in your QVC account) and all of the gloves to be claimed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you enter your info, you just have to write 'recall' on the glove tag and the recall number they issue you while you step through the instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took me a few minutes to snap two pictures and label the gloves and I was done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I had a return something some place where they wanted me to send a video from my phone. I tried to do that but it was too large so I had to figure out how to make it smaller. I finally figured that out. Now they wanted me to upload it using Facebook or the Cloud. I told them I didn't use either. LOL!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Is this the future?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fine if you have one pair.&amp;nbsp; I have many for each season...stored with other seasonal decor.&amp;nbsp; The Q knows what I have ordered...they can easily issue the refunds without&amp;nbsp; all the labels, pix , etc.&amp;nbsp; I don't think they really care to issue refunds !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Temptations should hang their heads in shame -- both for irresponsibly selling a product that was dangerous and making a convoluted mess of the Refund process. Not to mention that they, along with QVC, presumably could have accessed purchaser names to &amp;nbsp;notify them of the potential danger of using the gloves. I learned about the Recall from these forums and then Googled for more information. I later learned that there was supposedly some kind of notice on the first page of the QVC web site, which I never saw. One even wonders if the gloves were tested before they were marketed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Rep at Temptations CS continued to ignore me when I repeatedly told her that I did not have a Smart Phone to take a picture to even start the return process. As she babbled on and on, I got angry -- and she stopped ignoring what I said by hanging up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And now for the bright side ... I then called QVC and the kind CS Rep told me I could return the unused gloves for a refund (they were to be a Christmas gift ) but to do so in the near future. She topped it off her kindness and efficiency by saying she would send me a return label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, I would never buy from Temptations again and suggest that others think long and hard before they do. Remember all of the reports of Temptations dishes cracking and baking in the oven? This company seems to be trying to lose customers -- and they assuredly will in my opinion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Gonna spend the holiday attempting to do this. I feel sorry for the elderly or people with computer issues who find this difficult, including myself!</description>

Doable yes, but it'll take a while and you can't complain if that's your choice not to upgrade your skills and experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both a smart phone and/or a cheap tablet can be had for about $30-$50 from Walmart and/or Amazon. Neither is a luxury item these days. They are certainly less expensive than any computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And not that it's anyone's business, but my Ipad was a Christmas gift bought many years ago. It's version 6. I think they are up to version 11 these days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Life can be tough, but in this recall request, it's only as tough as you choose to make it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worst case scenario, ask someone to help you if you don't have a current device.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Most recalls for products are a pain. They typically want you to disable the product in some manner and provide loads of proof that you bought it. Anything electronic they typically want you to cut off the cord and send it back, if not have you return the whole product. They almost never make it easy to comply with a recall.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Amazon recalled a power bank a few years back and made it very easy. They just credited my account for it right away and even sent the prepaid box to ship it back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have two sets of the Temptations gloves, and won't bother with the recall. The gloves have never given me a problem, and the writing on the gloves to apply for the refund ruins the gloves. That is, of course, the point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The bigger issue for me is the most recent set of four glasses that were sold with the Thanks and giving pattern. Two of these have broken in my hands while washing them. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;They are not dishwasher friendly. I have now thrown the other two glasses away. These glasses are dangerous.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A Temptations "success story" : I do not have the capacity to take a picture of the dangerous gloves. After contacting Temptations with no resolution (see previous post), I contacted &amp;nbsp;a QVC CS rep and, later, the Social Team (multiple times) and was able to return the dangerous unused gloves, in the usual way that return items are handled, and get a refund! All this for a relatively inexpensive item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really appreciate the Social &amp;nbsp;Team but certainly would never purchase from Temptations again. With the dangerous glove issue and all of the reports of faulty dangerous bakeware, one wonders how Temptations stays in business and why &amp;nbsp;QVC continues to carry their dangerous products. Something is seriously awry here. I persisted based on the principle that a business should respect its customers and not make them jump through hoops for what should be an ordinary &amp;nbsp;business transaction, one that is respectful of its customers and maintaining the business and trust of those customers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
