topic I vote for Aldi's! in Kitchen

I have been going to Aldi's supermarket once in awhile. I was afraid to go as I didn't want second-rate products but my friends and family kept raving about it. Not only is it not second-rate but many of their products are superior to name brands. Some of my favorites are the baking items. Flour, sugar, quick-bread mixes, bagged nuts are excellent. The eggs are beautiful! I have used just about everything in the store with good results. The only things I don't buy are the dog food and meat. My son said the dog food made his dog's hair fall out! The meat may be fine but I just haven't tried it yet. The selection is limited but it has everything that you need, not necessarily what you want.

Anyhow, you have to put a quarter in the shopping cart-you get it back when you return it. There's no bags so you can use their old boxes or bring your own, BUT, the prices are so good. If anyone is thinking about saving money and there is an Aldi's nearby, grab a quarter and try it!
