Ground Coriander in the spice cabinet and added to most dishes to add a brightness. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Interesting to see more dislikes than likes responding, so far. Amazing this Chomosone 11 specifically OR6A2 mentioned by a previous poster dictates this aversion. I've read that those who love it and don't feel it tastes like soap are the normal ones, the ones of us who love it are abnormal. Doesn't matter to me, being normal is probably not something I subscribe to. We have a noodle/soup restaurant in town that puts it in almost every single dish they offer. A friend and I went and, when she asked the waitress to have the cilantro kept out of the dish, the poor waitress just had that deer in the headlights look. I try to grow a plant every summer and use it very sparingly in my salads; I always add a little to the store-bought salsa to kick it up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
