      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;We like burnt ends made from the brisket point.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;They are also made with pork belly or chuck roast the poor man's burnt ends. They are about half fat so it's not something I want to eat all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;One of the BBQ restaurants here came out with them several years ago. Their recipe was really good. They have since changed their recipe so we no longer buy them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If we want some DH makes them on the smoker. We like brisket but we always buy the flat. It has less fat.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't eat burnt ends because my palate can't handle anything charred or bitter, but a very good BBQ restaurant in our area offers them as a Friday special and they're sold out within the first hour every single week. With the high demand and long lines, most people who don't want the burnt ends don't show up to the place until 1:00 or so on Fridays just to avoid the craziness.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
