@May5 - @TheMemphisVette was kind enough to post the basic instructions from Rastelli; if it is helpful, when I air fry the pork ribeyes, here's what I do:

• Lightly mist or brush ribeye with oil (I never season first as I do with other
 chops or steaks because some of the pork ribeyes are occasionally salty;
 I just salt them when eating if needed).

• Preheat air fryer at 400 for 2 minutes. Place ribeye in basket or on tray
 and cook for 6 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for 6-7 minutes more, until
 temperature is around 140. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before eating
 (the rest period brings the ribeye to 145-ish for juicy, tender meat).

I just thought I'd share my process since the 8-10 minutes listed in the Rastelli info is never quite long enough for my air fryer; it helps to put the ribeye into a preheated basket (which I only do for thick cuts of meat) and use a thermometer to check progress, which typically takes six full minutes per side for me. Enjoy!

I ordered these as well and omg, they were terrible. Mine were nothing but fat and grisly, absolutely nothing like they showed on air I can't believe I fell for the hype when they were on air.

I ordered them once--and like the others here--mine were full of fat and gristle--I cooked my on my Ninja outdoor grill so got some of the fat out--but I did end up getting my $$ back and tossed them out. I would cook at about 370* for maybe 5 minutes to start--add a few minutes if they aren't near the doness ---check them with a thermometer --- at about 140*, temp of the meat, I would stop the airfryer and let them finish to about 145*. Pork can be slightly pink inside these days too-- You don't want them cooked to well done--they do finish cooking when the sit for awhile. I think they tasted ok--but way too much fat for me.
