As many across the country - several weeks of high temps - high humidity have been torture for my garden. Most of the crops are struggling and I have been harvesting what is still viable. Hoping that the cooler temps starting tomorrow will provide new growth.

Making sauce tomorrow but today's lunch is

Lucky you! Deer ate all my vegetables except one small pepper. While they were at it they ate my beautiful hostas too. So sad.

That looks absolutely wonderful! Great harvest.

The only thing that did well for my 'garden' this year are a few of the herbs. Of those the one I really wanted was dill...could not even find it anywhere!
