Curtis Stone TS on HSN - watch your receipt

I ordered last night. I don't remember them saying it was free shipping (maybe they did) but it now says free shipping. I looked at my orders (2 separate ones hours apart) and I was charged shipping. I did the Live Chat and they fixed both orders.

Enjoyed reading your post and wanted to add I've enjoyed the cooperation I receive from HSN as well. They will honor their price guarantee and are always quick and very pleasant.

@santorini, thank you for posting this. I ordered the TSV fry pans at midnight and was also charged S&H.

I had not returned to HSN today and was unaware of the free shipping. Thanks to your post I signed in and used live chat to have the order adjusted.

Some of mine are shwing up with free S/H but some are not, I called and was told not all were included...I bought some things that were not on the air today, but were in his collection, thosse did not have free S/H . . .

I ordered it yesterday morning as a pre-sale and the shipping at that time was $7.50. When I noticed today that the shipping had dropped to $5.50, I was NOT happy but was not going to complain about the $2.

When I saw your post I immediately went to HSN to check my order and I was going to live chat to request the free ship and when I pulled up my order, it had automatically updated to free shipping!!! Hooray for HSN!!

they had pulled this before on a TS. Decided they needed to sell more so they make it free shipping. HSN normally changes it by midnight on their system to reflect the FS.

Oh, I didn't realize they would fix it automatically. The Live Chat person must not have known either. She put $11 into my Spendable Kash. I'm sorry to waste your time, ladies. False alarm. 😀

@santorini - thank you for your post and you did not waste our time! I watched Curtis at midnight and they did show the extra for shipping. I didn't care as I knew I wanted it as I so much love his products!

Then when I watched his presentations the next day, I saw it showed free shipping and then I just figured I was imagining things from the night before and then saw your post. I then immediately went to check my order and see they did remove the charge for shipping so thank you for bringing this to our attention as there are others that you helped that showed shipping.

I can never get enough of Curtis and his products! I've never been disappointed in anything I ever ordered from him and so much also love his Faroe Island salmon!

I noticed it both ways when I clicked in the TSV on Sunday. Sometimes it included shipping and something it said "Free Shipping."
