Will Your DH Eat Pasta Salad?

DH is very selective when it comes to pasta salad. He will eat Chelsa's Pasta Salad with the lemon and dill ranch. I love it. We don't like Italian dressing over pasta salad at all.

He likes it if it has more veggies than pasta and an oil and vinegar or lemon or lime juice dressing. He also likes lots of herbs like chives, basil, oregano and mint chopped up in it. He wants lots of texture and flavors.

We had several tea rooms here that closed. One was very near to my house. I used to enjoy going and was sorry to see them go. My husband isn't very picky and will eat pasta salad. I used to have a recipe we both liked that I lost. I've tried others but I don't like them as much.

I made Chelsea's Pasta Salad today for the first time! And yes, hubby likes pasta salads. I made the dressing yesterday and then made the rest of it this morning. I added some cherry tomatoes sliced in half but otherwise followed the recipe. The dressing is delicious - just a slight variation of the regular Ranch dressing....I prefer Chelsea's recipe - it's wonderful!

I must have copied this recipe a couple of years ago...glad I finally made it!

My husband and I both despise ranch dressing. Yuck.

He will not eat peas.

I make pasta salad with a lot of veggies, and Italian meats, different cheeses and olives . I use a dressing made with olive oil and vinegar and herbs He will eat that...even if make it with gluten-free pasta.

I added green pepper and extra peas. I serve over cucumber and tomato slices

Yes we both love it. Had suddenly salad classic pasta salad for our 4th of July supper. Added olives, it was delicious.
