I MADE THE MUFFIN TOPS

They look like large flat cookies, and I filled the openings almost to the top. I got eighteen mini loaves, four medium loaves, and eight muffin tops from a tripled recipe. The next time, I will overflow the batter, will also try different recipes, but may need different pans for the effect I want.

All are delicious.

@mousiegirl So the muffin top pans you posted...you filled almost full with batter? Nothng ran over? I need to find the pans....I would rather eat a muffin top vs a full muffin.

@mousiegirl Thanks....I am surprised the batter did not run over the top of the pans if you filled them fairly full.

@Mom2Dogs The next time, I am going to fill to overflowing as they didnt seem to rise much.
