Good evening everyone. Well we got through a crappy winter month but atleast we didn't have any big snow storm's. Just big rain storm's with alot of flooding. Growing up my parents basement always got water in it. I so don't miss that. I made peanut butter cookies from Americas test kitchen. and dinner was leftover soup. Ria said it was really good but I thought the seasoning was off so I added fresh ground pepper to my bowl.it helped it totally. Have a great night everyone.

BBQ outside at least once a week. It will soon be summer and to hot to BBQ so try to enjoy it in the winter months. Pizza, lamb chops, steaks, burgers.

I made extra salmon last night to use for salmon patties for dinner. We both love them; my Mom made the absolute best! Serving on buns with my tartar sauce, lettuce and sliced tomato. Sweet potatoes to use will become oven fried. Extra lemon bars from my sweet neighbor for dessert.

A beautiful sunny day & 40° today. Makes you feel especially good. Going out for a walk and coffee with a friend. Have a nice day!

Good morning everyone. Well we got a couple hours of sun yesterday and news said it was 11 days since we had a sunny day. Today will be crappy out again but tomorrow starts a few nice sunny days. Yesterday I got a big burst of energy and bleached the kitchen pantry, cleaned out cubby closet through stuff out and vacuum sealed some clothes and slot of extra beding stuff .now there taking up slot less space and then I did the same to our bedroom closet. I was exhausted when I was done but it was totally worth it. For breakfast yesterday I had a granola bar and for lunch I had the last of the calzone and last nights dinner was the leftover pork dinner.ria started getting a cold. she got home from work totally wiped out. After dinner she fell asleep. Woke up got her self ready and went back to sleep. She so needed the extra sleep.she usually gives a co-worker a ride home but another worker told her I will give him a ride home so you can go straight home being you feel awful. I figured that lady would do that for her. Tonight will be the last of the leftover soup. Have a great day everyone.
