Hello! Can you recommend a reliable recipe site where you've had delicious success with their recipes? I've been disappointed in the recipes posted on Pintrest. Thanks for your suggestions!

Recipe Swap here are where I get a lot of my yummy recipes. Women post a lot of old family ones.

I agree--my best on-line recipe discoveries are HERE. It's regular food, not fancy chef catering stuff, and are tested favorites. It is hard to search here, though, so when see one I want to try, I make sure to copy it to my word processing to my computer.

I like food dot com and allrecipes dot com. Their recipes have been rated by the users. I don't like using recipes that haven't been rated. These days ingredients are too expensive to be used in a recipe no one will eat.

allrecipes if you are looking for a basic recipe for something you have heard about. In general I like to research through my cookbooks and pick one or a combination of a couple. But in a hurry allrecipes won't lead you to a failure.

Southern Living, Midwest Living, Woman's Day and all other magazines have sites with featured recipes from their publications. I like to browse these and have made many of the recipes. Some I find, I already use. Sometimes they alter them a bit.

I use epicurious and foodnetwork. I'm always careful to read the reviews because those usually will point out an error in a recipe and/or ways to improve the recipe.

www.food.com (fka www.recipezaar.com). I have made a lot of dishes from this site and maybe one or two weren't good. I usually search for a particular dish and go by the reviews. HTH

I never cooked with a liner in my slow cooker and will buy these and try that chili also! I see a lot of nice recipes I want to try as well

Epicurious - has all the recipes from Gourmet, Bon Apetit and more. davidlebovitz.com has a small collection of wonderful recipes and a great blog about food and Paris. If you're willing to pay a little and need solid basic recipes with excellent instructions, I recommend signing up for Cooks' Illustrated online.

They have a chicken parmesan for two that is very easy, and you can even make it on the grill.
