      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I eat almost all the same food everyday.&amp;nbsp; When I find something I like I don't mind eating on a regular basis.&amp;nbsp; Cereal/oatmeal for breakfast, salad with chicken and a yogurt for lunch and a veggie stir fry with salmon for dinner.&amp;nbsp; I have a few snacks during the day like cheese or fruit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I don't seem to get tired of it.&amp;nbsp; Makes shopping and meal planning easy.&amp;nbsp; I only cook for myself so this works.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My husband and I never eat breakfast in the mornings unless we go to a restaurant on the way to work which is only occasionally instead we eat a pkg peanut butter or cheese crackers and have every morning for years&lt;BR /&gt;We love breakfast for supper though 🤷‍♀️&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t drink coffee but I drink a lot of water and caffeine free unsweetened tea during the day</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Every morning for breakfast I have 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage links, a piece of whole grain toast and 2 apple slices. I also have a cup of decaf coffee. I snack on cinnamon covered walnuts and no added sugar dried blueberries during the day. For dinner I have a ceaser salad with Tyson grilled chicken chunks or baked shrimp,&amp;nbsp; parmasean cheese, tomatoes,croutons and lite ceaser drsg. Occasionally I will switch my dinner to stirfried veggies (in oilve oil) with slices of turkey polish sausage .&amp;nbsp; I have lost a total of about 65 lbs and no longer take diabetes meds.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;First thing I eat when I get up is a bowl of Total cereal with lactose free milk and sometimes add part of a banana.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Occasionally (like this past week) DH bakes steel cut oatmeal with dried cherries, dates, pineapple and apricots.&amp;nbsp; I do eat this instead of my Total first but I then eat Total for lunch.&amp;nbsp; I consider it my vitamin pill.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I drink 1 bottle of unsweet ice tea everyday.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
