topic Which lobster tails? in Kitchen

I see online that some lobster tails are described as "Cold Water." That others are NOT is kind of lost in all the chatter when these are presented on TV. Given how much they stress that cold water yields the best quality...are others second-rate? Anyone have an opinion before I spend too much on what will probably be a one-time treat?
