    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not really a recipe but:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whole chiles (and it's Hatch chile season!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheddar/monterey jack cheese, shredded&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Egg roll wrappers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure chiles are dry--split on one side and stuff with whatever--cheese, meat, chicken.&amp;nbsp; Wrap with an egg roll wrapper and fry in oil until golden brown.&amp;nbsp; I've never tried to do these in an air fryer though--that is probably a healthier option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really like the recipe from Isabel Eats site:&amp;nbsp;CHILE RELLENO RECIPE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has a few steps to it....but it makes for authentic tasting chile rellenos. If you go to site, I also recommend reading the comments as there are a few very good tips from people who have made the recipe a few times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
