But they better be the ONLY stainless steel bowls you have around....wouldn't want to have someone take a regular one not made for the microwave and stick it in the microwave.....could start a fire.

I thought it was dangerous NOT to have some kind of marking that differentiated them from regular stainless steel bowls just in case ( kids for instance).

How could you tell the difference just looking at them?

The brand ambassador was one of the worse I've ever seen. David asked, 'how is it possible to have stainless steel that can go in the microwave???' She didn't even know. She just said, "it's the way it's made."

Well, Duh! You could tell David really wanted to know, and so do I. One would think that bit of information would be very interesting and helpful in making a purchase decision.

She spent all her time showing what food was inside each one.

Then she didn't know the dimensions of each bowl, she said "I forgot the dimensions." David had to read off each bowl's capacity/size. Even later when she offered the size, she got it wrong, and David corrected her.

I agree with @Othereeeen -- if you have other stainless steel bowls, how will you distinguish these from the regular ones that should not go in the microwave???

Yeah she was spacey. David, the professional saved

her cookies.

I would have replaced her if she was working for me.

Be prepared for whatever your representing and yeah

that's a good point they need some kind of I.D.

on those bowls. Some kid would stick a SS one in the microwave and wouldn't be pretty.

Was this the first time this vendor was on? Did you ever think she could been nervous or first time on TV. If so, give her a break. She'll improve. I remember one of the first times Kenzie (Ninja rep) was on and I thought this girl isn't going to last . To me, it was painful watching. Now, she is very confident, knows her products, and engages very well with the host. She's one of my favorite reps. No nonsense.

I was so close to ordering but decided I will wait until there are a few reviews first. I'm intrigued by the ability to microwave in them but I'm picky about my stainless steel - hate flimsy stainless steel.

@coffee drinker Did you even watch the presentation or the video?

The brand ambassador is Susie Hassan. She is by no means a new brand rep. If you've watched QVC for a few years, you may have recognized her.

She was the Dyson rep for many years for QVC (vacuums and hair dryer).
Then she left and started her own "beauty cream" business. QVC had her on once with that. But that beauty business tanked and went out of business.
Then she became QVC's rep for the jewelry line Arte d'Oro once or twice on air. But that ended also.
Her latest pivot is her self-named Kitchen Gadget TV Expert.

I enthusiastically applaud anyone working hard to make it, and changing directions if needed.

But Susie has many, many years of on-air presentations. Frankly, I have little patience when someone with that many on-air shows doesn't come prepared for even the basics in knowledge of their one item being shown.

Yes -- I think Kenzie, the Ninja rep is absolutely wonderful as well.

My first reaction to this new product....no way...not good! It would be too easy to mix with regular stainless steel bowls and blow a microwave. Would definitely have to mark them. No thanks... I'll stick to using things that are not or do not resemble anything metal.

Was this her 1st presentation? Stage fright? Think maybe D recognized it.

I would mark the non-microwaveable bowls. These were an easy pass for me. Just looked sort of flimsy. I'd go for the ones with the non-slip base if I were to buy SS. I'll stick with my Pyrex.
