Anyone try it yet? I'm going today to Penzey's and pick mine up....just wondering if I should "spoil" a frozen pizza I like, maybe just shake "a little" on it and see what it does to the pizza.

You think I should put it on before or after it's baked?

If its any encouragement I make my own pizza and I used some on that. Came out fine. Can't imagine it would be any worse on a frozen pizza.

For what its worth, dry herbs should be added before baking, otherwise they're going to taste like chewing paper. If something is ground very fine, like garlic powder, that can be added after.

My guess would be before baking.

Penzey's is very reputable and I wouldn't hesitate to add this to pizza, pasta, salad dressing, etc. Herbs are not going to ruin a pizza.
