Sometime back (maybe years LOL) you mentioned a really great poultry shears item. Would you tell me the brand? I like to spatchcock my turkeys and the last one(actually it was 3) was really difficult. I'm just planning ahead. My kitchen scissors died that day, then I thought I would use the electric knife,
