Temptations mugs

Does anyone know why Temptations mugs are not offered in a smaller ounce size, like 8 or 10? 14 ounces and up is too BIG. They can almost be used as a finger bowl

@Matt1950 Its very simple....you can put 8 or 12 oz of beverage in a 14 oz cup. However, you can't put 14 oz in an 8 or 12oz cup.

Therefore, 14 oz is one size fits all.

Case in point, @Kachina624:

My kitchen is outfitted with a small collection Rae Dunn mugs. They're the large type. We use filters and our own coffee, No kcups. I always set my coffeemaker for 15 oz. and DH will set it for 12 oz. When I make tea, I choose the 12 oz setting.

@Matt1950 I totally agree. I like a smaller mug, too. I only drink 8 ounces of coffee at a time and it's a drop in a bucket on those big mugs. I have some pawfetti ones that I love, but they are huge!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do drink tea. I make a 6 oz. cup of tea which is only 3/4 cup. Sometimes I prefer to drink it in a mug rather than a teacup, and smaller mugs are much better. I go to a lot of craft fairs and many of the vendors sell pottery so I've been able to get a few small cups from them. I hope Tara will consider selling a line of smaller mugs. She has many beautiful designs that I would buy if they came in a smaller size.
