Costco Lemon Meringue Cheescake

If you like lemon meringue pie, Costco has a new Lemon Meringue Cheescake in the bakery refrigerated case that is absolutely amazing! I went in looking for the 4 berry pie that I've heard of but the lady in the bakery section told me they had sold out of them & hadn't gotten any more & she said it may be a seasonal item. The lemon meringue cheesecake more thna made up for my disappointment! There were only 2 left in the fridge case, so I snagged one of them!

Oh my, it looks delicious. I have not seen it but that's probably because I usually bypass the bakery section, easier to avoid buying any of those yummy desserts.

I may just have to plan a party so I can buy it. No way could my husband and I eat that whole thing but I would like to try it.

I agree! I ususally bypass the dessert secton since everything Costco makes is giant sized and one would need a party to finish one of their cake or pies!

It does look delicious!

I guess I need to get a Costco membership. I haven't yet because the Costco we have is in a really busy part of town.

Thankfully the new one may be easier for me to get to.

I haven't seen anything like this at Sam's.

Picked one up the other day at our local Costco and it was delicious. Lemon meringue is my husband's favorite pies and our local Publix no longer carries it. Shared the cheesecake with my son and some of our neighbors so we didn't have the whole thing to ourselves!

Saw those in person during two trips to costco, however, refrained due to the size.

I love lemon meringue pie and cheesecake. On my third trip over, they were gone!!

Oh, dear...DH's fave is lemon meringue pie.....and cheesecake. I don't think this is on the eating plan his dr gave him....

Absolute best is the Costco plain cheesecake. Very dense and not too sweet. You can add any fruit or topping over it or eat it plain. They sell it year-round and I cut it into small slices and put in the freezer; pull out a couple of slices for us and it thaws in just a few minutes. Portion control, ya know?

I bought this cheesecake because the reviews here and on the Reddit Costco thread were favorable.

I didn't care for it.

For me cheesecake, and most desserts, have to be dense.

I don't eat desserts to save on calories. The cheesecake tasted whipped. Fortunately, my sister liked it so she froze the rest.
