      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You are paying for the meat, the work involved turning it into sausage, keeping it frozen, packing materials, shipping crate, dry ice and fast delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My family makes homemade sausage. &amp;nbsp;We used to sell it. ( we had a resturant) &amp;nbsp;It is quite the process. &amp;nbsp;The meat has to be cut from the bones, run through the grinder, mixed with spices, then put into casings and kept cold the whole time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am sure you can find it less expensive elsewhere. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes, everything but the oink is thrown into the sausage meat and the more expensive stuff usually uses pork shoulders and no snouts.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I &amp;nbsp;wouldn't pay that much for it, but in my area, I can buy really great sausage for much less or make it ourselves. &amp;nbsp;Some people don't have that choice available, or they have money and are willing to pay to have it delivered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Got some Reserve Rib Eyes that were "reserved" from Y2K( the year 2000)!!!! in the back of some freezer in New Jersey and hauled out for that TSV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looked like slices of beef liver, tougher than leather, thin and tasteless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT what was shown on TeeVee, which I suspect were cuts bought from the local Walmart or Wegman's near Q's studio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was the ONLY product in decades of shopping on Q that I got my money back, it was that bad. Now when I see their endless showings of thier programs, I feel bad for people who call in and say it's thier first order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Wegmans or Walmart and get what you can see and pay a TON less for better quality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Got some Reserve Rib Eyes that were "reserved" from Y2K( the year 2000)!!!! in the back of some freezer in New Jersey and hauled out for that TSV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looked like slices of beef liver, tougher than leather, thin and tasteless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT what was shown on TeeVee, which I suspect were cuts bought from the local Walmart or Wegman's near Q's studio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was the ONLY product in decades of shopping on Q that I got my money back, it was that bad. Now when I see their endless showings of thier programs, I feel bad for people who call in and say it's thier first order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Wegmans or Walmart and get what you can see and pay a TON less for better quality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The term is air chilled.&amp;nbsp; It is a more expensive process and produces a better quality product.&amp;nbsp; Most chicken is water cooled.&amp;nbsp; The meat will absorb some of that water and that affects the texture of the meat which in turn affects how the meat reacts with seasonings and marinades.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You're certainly welcome to your opinion the price isn't worth the difference in cost.&amp;nbsp; But to say there is no difference is patently false.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
