Wow!! Customer Service was great. I called last week to get 2 replacement lids. All I had to give them was the the order numbers from QVC and the number on the bottom of the containers. Replacement lids were here in 4 Days.

@yamma024 - Thanks for confiming that their service is back to the usual levels; they seem to have struggled over the past two years, so it's nice to hear this update.

@loriqvc Your are welcome. I was so surprised how easy it was this time. The last time I tried they said I would need to send them a picture of the lid. I don't know how to that. Glad I tried again.
