    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought a&amp;nbsp; Cosori myself from Amazon. Fortunately it was not one of the models recalled, but in looking into it I found a video on youtube with very detailed instructions on how to go about getting a replacement.&amp;nbsp; It is on the channel Fabulessly Frugal* if anyone needs help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Not a misspelling on my part; that's the name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>COSORI RECALL REGISTRATION PROBLEMS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Air Fryer was recalled.&amp;nbsp; It has now been three weeks that I have been unable to register for the replacement.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to enter the Batch Number into the form that they provided because it is "invalid".&amp;nbsp; The B/N is engraved on the bottom edge of the air fryer housing.&amp;nbsp; I now have six open tickets with Cosori and no one has responded to my messages and no one has called.&amp;nbsp; You cannot get through to them by phone and according to Bloomberg, thousands of customers are having a problem with the recall registration form.&amp;nbsp; To get boiler-plate emails back from Cosori stating that they are aware of the problem and are working on it for all this time is not acceptable.&amp;nbsp; I received a notification from QVC and called Customer Service.&amp;nbsp; I explained the problems I was having with Cosori and the CS Rep graciously refunded the purchase price of the unit.&amp;nbsp; I will never order anything from Cosori again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="5" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227108"&gt;@Whitney400&lt;/a&gt;, you were lucky to get a refund. &amp;nbsp;I ordered from Amazon but didn't try to get the refund because it wasn't offered in the email. &amp;nbsp;It said contact Cosori. &amp;nbsp;In the meantime, Cosori contacted me and said to get registered for a replacement. &amp;nbsp;That was February 23rd. &amp;nbsp;Since further instructions were kind of detailed, a lot of us got it wrong and didn't realize that of the three pictures of the unit requested, one required showing the cord being cut. &amp;nbsp;Cosori emailed back saying to redo the pic showing a cut cord. &amp;nbsp;Did that. &amp;nbsp;Yesterday I was happy to receive an email with a tracking # and a delivery date of March. 9th, today. &amp;nbsp;Well that's today and I see that UPS has not picked up the package from the shipper yet. &amp;nbsp;I should have notified Amazon that I wanted a refund as some others did. &amp;nbsp;Amazon only gave refunds for a couple of days, then &amp;nbsp;saying that it shouldn't have been done through them but through Cosori. &amp;nbsp;Anyway, happy that you have gotten resolution. &amp;nbsp;I have two other air fryers so this is only a minor inconvenience.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp; I also saw the YouTube video but the problem is that Cosori's recall website does not allow you to complete the form.&amp;nbsp; They haven't fixed the form so you can enter the Batch Number and submit it.&amp;nbsp; This is now a moot issue for me, but I feel bad for everyone trying to register for the replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
