Do you have one that you use often? And for hot or cold coffee drinks mostly?

We do use ours frequently, mostly for hot milk and froth. We got one with a Nespresso and it works well--especially with ultra pasteurized milk--2% or whole milk.

I just made cappuccinos for us and it was very welcome on a cold day. When I worked I had a little battery powered one, and it did a good job as well but didn't heat the milk.

It is nice to get these drinks without all the sugar and things commercial places want to add.

I have one that works great. I only use it when company comes. My DH does half and half only in his coffee. He doesn't want any froth.

I don't do milk or cream any time in any way...I never have even as a child. I hate the taste.

I like frothy creamer, but I've never gone to the trouble to do this at home. At home, I'm usually just trying to consume caffeine! I just use heavy creamer and it's perfect.

I "froth" every cup of coffee I drink at home, pouring whatever amount of non-fat milk I want into an empty 6 oz plastic milk container and shaking it 'til it gets thick and foamy. Fast, easy, and good (and no need to buy or clean an expensive machine).

We got the upgraded version of the Ninja Dual Brew Coffeemaker a few months ago. It has a built in frother and I LOVE that feature. We each add MCT oil to our first mug of hot coffee mostly every morning. The frother does a great job of incorporating the oil into the coffee. Before the Ninja, I used a rechargeable frother and that thing was either in turbo speed or dead. I made a lot of splash messes using it. The frother on the Ninja has a good speed and is powered from the machine so it's always ready. It was definitely the reason I chose the upgraded version of the coffeemaker.

The frother on my espresso maker is programmable and makes the perfect froth for my cappuccinos. Nice dense foam that is hot.

I hate paying for a cappuccino at most espresso places because they charge $7 and give me a latte, not a cappuccino. I will say extra, extra dry cap...just foam please, and I get a milky latte. Ugh. I am better off just getting a mocha...at least chocolate is involved. Lol.

I have this one that I purchased from Amazon several years ago. I bought some, but I think I may have added too much. I understand the benefit of adding it and it was pricey so I'm not quite ready to give up on it....Thanks, in advance

@Goldengate8361 MCT Oil is really good for your brain. I use a Tablespoon in that first mug of coffee, but once in a while I may have a little more at some point in the day, if my fat requirement is short and I need to add some, it's definitely something you need to ease into or you'll likely end up with some tummy distress and "plumbing issues". When you're ready to resume, start it with a small amount, maybe a half teaspoon or so. Do that for several days and bump it up to a full teaspoon. Bump again some days later, and so on, as you're able to tolerate it, until you can handle the full Tablespoon. In the beginning, I stayed home while my body was adjusting, but eventually it was no longer an issue.

may I ask, what is MCT oil? HLP
