      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can cream of mushroom soup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 soup can milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3/4 cup uncooked regular rice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 4oz can mushroom stems and pieces&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 envelope onion soup mix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 chicken beasts, halved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;heat oven to 350&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mix mushroom soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. &amp;nbsp;Mix remaining soup mixture, the rice, mushrooms, (with liquid) and half the onion soup mix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pour into ungreased baking dis, 11 1/2 by 7 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches. &amp;nbsp;Place chicken on top. &amp;nbsp;Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken. &amp;nbsp;Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. &amp;nbsp;Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour. &amp;nbsp;Uncover and bake 15 min longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 servings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I googled it, and so many came up, I couldn't pick just one! Many have five stars. Check them out. If I recall correctly, using Lipton's soup mix for the chicken-rice casserole, and others, was always extremely popular. Someone here posted the simple Lipton's rice side dish not too long ago, and it was VERY good.</description>
