    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Presidents is the Land O Lakes but has a higher fat content. In other words, it's a little more expensive, but nothing special in France. You can find even more expensive specialty butters there, probably from small dairies just like you could in your area. Kerry Gold is also higher fat and should be a good substitute. &amp;nbsp;I did not know this until I stumbled on the info searching for something else online, I eat Presidents all the time in France and to me it just tastes like butter. &amp;nbsp;I've served it to my family many times not a single person has ever mentioned the taste of the butter, and I've never noticed either. I think the hype and the cost make people think it's really much more special than it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I couldn't help but laugh because it would be like somebody from France coming to the US and loving Land o Lakes and paying an arm and a leg to have it shipped there. &amp;nbsp; You may want to try the Amish butter, you can find it at Trader Joe's and most big groceries. That was probably 20 years ago. &amp;nbsp;I think the longest my butter might sit out, would be for a couple of weeks. &amp;nbsp;I even googled it one time and found this info:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"A Lab in California ran many tests, and found out that butter kept at room temperature, can stay on the counter no problem, for three weeks without refrigeration. (And if you have a stick that sits on the counter longer than three weeks, you're probably not making enough Southern Living&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;recipes.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Kerigold is the only one I buy.&amp;nbsp; It is well worth it.&amp;nbsp; I use limited amounts of Kerigold butter and grapeseed oil.&amp;nbsp; Love it!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
