Are There Any Frozen Entrees You Enjoy In A Pinch?

Occasionally, DH had a big lunch and wants something small and simple, while I had half of sandwich.

I'll keep this in the freezer for times when there isn't time or another issue. I love the creole sauce which is just good, no heat.

I keep Stouffer's Lasagne in my freezer, along with frozen garlic bread.

Just found Marie Cal_______'s sweet & sour chicken. Very tender meat and yum yum not too sweet sauce. Veggies - rice too.

I keep Stouffers individual entrees, roast turkey and meat loaf in my freezer. Just enough for me with a small salad when I don't feel like cooking or last minute thought.

The only frozen entree that we would eat (on RV trips in a pinch) was Amy's (black bean enchiladas or scrambled tofu).

We always have several Stouffer's Stuffed Peppers in the freezer. My son does not like tomatoes in any form. Plus he does not like peppers. So if he isn't going to eat dinner with us, we pop out the frozen stuffed peppers.

When I saw your post topic Stouffers Stuffed Peppers is what came to mind before looking at your pic; it's given me incentive to buy next shopping trip

We also like their Lasagna, I don't indulge as much as I'd like because of the carbs but my 25 yr old son does. With Pepperidge Farm garlic toast. Yum.

Huh. Interesting. I had them once and shouldn't have eaten the green peppers part of it. I had heartburn for days!

But maybe just the filling would be good with a salad and some garlic bread.

I absolutely love stuffed peppers! But we use them so often and use ground beef and rice often, they are too easy to throw together.

We do once in a blue moon have an Amy's Dinner after husband's golf and my morning book reading--and smother the dinner with salsa and, for me, a lot of cilantro I love cilantro!!!!!
