I recently fixed a yellow cake mix purchased at Trader Joes. I have never had such a dry tasting cake in my life. It wasn't an old mix ( bought it two months ago ) and it whipped up nice and fluffy. I followed the directions of 3 eggs, 1 cup oil and 1 cup water and baked accordingly. It turned out a nice color and cake rose up like any cake should. Has anyone used their mixes and had similiar experience?
