Does anybody remember a fast food place called *einer King?

I don't know why I thought of this today out of the blue. When I was in my early 20's, we had a place that only served hot dogs and probably fries & onion rings and the like. One of my favorite things from that place was a hot dog with sauerkraut, chili, and onlions. I might just have to buy the fixins & have one this week!

Never heard of it, but we can't write the word here? Don't they say it on the Q all the time on the food shows? Surely we can write the word.

@cookinfreak Yes...possibly the same thing. In the Pittsburgh area back in the 60's...It was called Weiner World.

We have Weiner Schnitzel here. They have seriously the best Vanilla Ice Cream have ever tasted. We always share a cone on the way home.

In Virginia there was one, it was the first time I had a hot dog with cole slaw and it was delicious...now I want to have a hot dog with slaw soon....LOL... it really was good.

If you you are driving through Hazleton, PA, you can stop at Jimmy's Lunch.....eat in or take out. Their hot dogs are " loaded " with all the fixings you mentioned @cookinfreak

I never had one but it seems to be the in place for them !
