Why is “In the Kitchen With David” not on QVC’s main channel Today as Always?

I was very surprised David was not on the main QVC channel, and is instead on qvc2. Has this ever happened before?

He also doesn't seem as happy and spirited as usual and it's even Mother's Day. He made a comment thanking people for coming over to QVC2 instead of watching fashion which I sensed a hint of sarcasm the way he said it.

Also, just about every product today was a clearance sale item.
I hope this isn't a new regular thing not having him on the main channel. Sunday's with David has been a tradition I know for many since Bob left years ago.
I just have a weird feeling about it.

I'm not in "the know" with the channel gossip so I hope I'm wrong. I just know I can only watch so much of hosts and models walking around in the same dress for hours at a time. At least David is entertaining to watch regardless if you're buying or not. Any thoughts?

I honestly wasn't trying to claim a conspiracy or "fake news". I just never seen his show moved off the main channel on a Sunday before. Many changes happen so abruptly now, I was just asking if it was a permanent change as I'm not up to date with current qvc news, that's all.

No big deal--you had a legitimate question.

David does get switched over to Q2 on the rare occasion that, like this weekend, there is special programming. It's happened before, but not often.

David is very popular and you aren't the only one that's made note when he's not on when and where he usually is.
