I thought she was a very kind and sweet spirited lady, dealing with some difficult issues. She was always kind and supportive of me and some personal things I am challenged with, and she had awesome Greek recipes. I remember the Veal thread... I saw some of it, not all... I think she was unfairly attacked. I eat Veal, so do many other people. For some it is a cultural thing, for some it is by choice... regardless... it is nobody's business what another person chooses to eat or drink, or wear, or worship... nor should they be persecuted for their beliefs. We live in a free country, and should be entitled to express ourselves as such. It is one thing to have convictions, another to attack people and try to force your views into them. I find it hard to believe she was Redman, but even if that is true, she had her reasons. It would seem more logical to me that Redman would stop posting here in support of her. Either way, I miss her, and hope she is well, whatever she is doing. Adore... if you ever happen to read this... blessings to you.
