topic Just a vent..... in Kitchen

Yesterday, I went to Publix shopping, and an item I needed was on the top shelf in the pickles/olives section, and when I picked up the peppers I wanted, I always look in the jar to make sure there is not a bad pepper, or an old pepper. Well, I got all of this brine on my hand and little slivers of glass. I had to stop to go to the restroom to wash up, and saw a stock person, and stopped and told him what had just happened. He was already on that isle. He just looked at me, and to the RR I went. When I came back, I asked it he checked out the problem. I did not want someone else to get glass in their hand. He became very annoyed, but took his stool and found the problem. He was angry at me, and it showed. I could have gone to management, and would have if he had not immediately started taking care of the matter. Surely they should have noticed a problem when stocking the shelf...am I wrong
