      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cook collards weekly when fresh are available.&amp;nbsp; I cook in pressure cooker.&amp;nbsp; Years ago I&amp;nbsp; cooked multiple bunches in Nesco roaster and less frequently but always for Mother's Day, Mom's Birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;I find the pre chopped bags have too many large stems.&amp;nbsp; Happy New Year!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Fresh ones for us too! &amp;nbsp;We love them! &amp;nbsp;We made a Whole Foods haul Thursday and they were on the list! &amp;nbsp;They are the only green I love! &amp;nbsp;We had to stock up on ground beef and roasts and whole chickens! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;By the way, that multi-colored Swiss Chard is good too and you can grow it in a container and keep picking batches from the outer leaves. &amp;nbsp;If the danged rabbits don't get it. &amp;nbsp;But the Chard is so pretty and doesn't seem to be first on the bug's list.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Rabbits better be careful because being Southern I have lots of cookbooks with rabbit recipes!!!!! &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womantongue" class="emoticon emoticon-womantongue" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-tongue.png" alt="Woman Tongue" title="Woman Tongue" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I buy them already chopped from a farm in SC and agree about too many stems but it's easier to cut out those stems than soaking them to get rid of the sand. I've always heard that they need a nice frost before cutting to keep them sweet. We're still in the 70/80s here so I'm hoping they will be good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
