Still doing curbside pickup. Got three navel oranges from South Africa. Very juicy. No sweetness. No orange flavor.

I'm hoping to be able to find and afford some Sumo oranges next month. If too expensive, I will just savor my glass of orange juice in the morning.

i purchased some comice pears, ruby red grapefruits, and navel oranges from pittman and davis. all of their fruit is so good and guaranteed.

the navel oranges were beautiful, juicy, and sweet. they are from texas, california, or florida.

@PickyPicky3 I picked up a three pound netted sack of raspberry oranges today for $5.99. Very sweet and juicy. They are small so you get quite a few.

My fav oranges are Temple. extremely hard to find. When and if I find them, I am so happy and buy ten no matter what the price. Mom and dad always preached that food was medicine. I believe that.

Wish I could find juicy oranges....tried navel (mealy, dry)....tried Cara Cara, same story. The closest I have been able to get to that citrus experience is Cuties....they are small, but full of flavor and juice.

I've never had a sweeter, juicier orange that the Texas grown variety. The small ones that are almost the size of a tennis ball.

If you like juicy oranges, you may want to try minneola tangelos. QVC sells them as "Honeybells" but they are also in supermarkets.

Someone on this board must be from Florida. Does state law allow shipments out of state yet, meaning to the retail stores? We haven't had Florida oranges or grapefruit for years due to some citrus pest. (upper MI)

Florida citrus production has been reduced by several factors.

Most of the crop will go to the juicers.

You can always buy directly from the producer. Most large groves have online shipping. Yes, they are shipping.

@Queen of shop Oh how I love those temple oranges, they have a very short season, and are very hard to find.
