I have never tried these and wondered about the quality of this current package being offered...anyone recommend?

@bargainsgirl My older son worked for Omaha for about five years. I can tell you the quality of their food is excellent. When he left the company to move on to other things I was disappointed, no more employee discount. LOL

I have never been disappointed in any Omaha product and have had them for many many years.

I've had generally good results with items ordered from Omaha Steaks. Their side dishes are too salty for my taste but their desserts are good. I like their small filet mignons and order them occasionally. The price of beef has become so prohibitive lately that I've just about given it up.

Omaha Steaks is beyond the BEST! Besides their meat their Caramel Apple Tartlets with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream...omg. Trust me on this one! I am a huge fan of their Potatoes au Gratin which are to die for as well!

I've ordered from them off and on over the years and their beef is excellent. I stopped because of their shipping materials. They use very thick styrofoam boxes that aren't recyclable and horrible for landfills. So, you are stuck getting rid of them.

I now use butcherbox and like their products much better and their box is recyclable. Check them out.

The quality of their beef and pork is not great - no comparison to what I usually buy.

Their hamburgers are very fatty. Their crab stuffed sole is good.

Side dishes are okay.

Their desserts are good.

We re-use those coolers.

They're great to keep in your trunk during warm weather when you need to keep your groceries cold or frozen.

If you know anyone that likes to go fishing, they might be able to make use of one.

We eventually found a woman who used them to make shelter for feral cats in the winter. We have moved and just didn't want the hassle of trying to get rid of them here. Butcherbox for us. Their beef is better anyway

Over the course of many years I have tried both Kansas City Steaks and Omaha Steaks. The problem with both of them is the high pressure selling subsequent to your first order. I have never run into people like this.

I was so pleased with the twice baked potatoes.

My husband got a large assortment of meals as a Christmas present every year. I looked forward to the twice baked potatoes. YUM! Disappointed when he retired and the shipments stopped.

Will have to check out the Caramel Apple Tartlets. Add that to my order.
