We replace skillets as needed ( no sets ). Last week we bought a non stick Calphelon fromTjmaxx for $39 and DH is getting a 3 quart Breville ,covered (Amazon $80). Our older son, who is a professional chef, is getting a 5 quart covered Breville, also from Amazon. Bedevilled makes great appliances and pans ; we already own the 5 quarter covered Breville we are also giving to son.

I splurged but got a set of Green Pan. It is really nice but I also treated myself to a made in skillet wow never had anything like it. I will be buying the other sizes of nonstick skillet in this brand. The Green Pan is light weight great non stick and easy clean up. The made in skillet I got in the 8 inch and I never had a egg skillet like this. Not heavy and it just cooks beautifully. Read reviews. Good luck.

The Ninja NeverStick pans are excellent. My friend owns an entire set and she said they are the best pans she's ever cooked with. She has owned many brands, too. The NeverStick pans come with a lifetime warranty. How many other pans have that? The reviews are stellar and if I needed new pans I would buy them.

https://www.qvc.com/catalog/search.html?keyword=neverstick

I bought the Member's Mark nonstick set at Sam's in 2009. Since then, I have had to replace the 5 qt. saute pan and the 6 qt. Dutch oven, because the nonstick finally wore out after heavy use. I bought replacement pieces at TJ Maxx and paid around $80 just for the two replacement pieces. Everything else is still going strong. We recently got a Costco, so I am going to let my Sam's Club membership expire, but before it does, I am going to pick up another Member's Mark set. At $129 for as many pieces as you get, this will be cheaper for me than buying more replacement pans, as I sometimes need 2 5-qt. saute pans going at once and am now down to one. The one I bought a TJ Maxx is the Calphalon brand, but I don't like it nearly as well as the Sam's brand. It is not as deep even though the bottom says 5-qt. I love the Sam's Club set and highly recommend if you're in the market for non-stick! Here is a photo of it:

I haven't cooked anything in a stainless steel pot or skillet in a long time and I have tons of All Clad bought new over 30 years.

I have a 4.5 qt. Le Creuset Soup pot and one just a little smaller on the stove and amost everything gets cooked in those. I have a larger wider Staub pot with a steamer insert we leave out too, and we use it all the time.

These are SO easy to clean up, look beautiful and do soups, veggies, stews, chilis, etc. We use non stick for eggs, and Le Creuset skillets and grills all the time. The grills make the best cornbread and the ridges are great for it. We preheat in the over, fill with batter and pop back in the oven.
