I ordered the Keurig on Oct 3 and still hasn't arrived. It was a advance order and estimated to arrive Oct 15. This is now November 4. Anyone else having the same problem?

I received mine right away but not an advance order. I got the black one.

I ordered the farmhouse white that was on advance order. It arrived just the other day.

I simply went to Costco and walked out with one for $99.

Same - I received a email that mine was to ship on 11/8 but still showing advance order????
