KITCHEN AID PRO 600 BOWL LIFT TSV EARLIER THIS OCTOBER

I ordered this in Contour Silver on the 17th and the estimated arrival was October 27th. QVC indicates inn tracking that a label for shipping was created on October 21st but UPS indicates they have not received it yet.

Not complaining (can use my KA 5 quart bowl lift but am anxious to start my holiday baking and wanted to use it for the heavier batters) but am just curious: Did anyone here receive theirs yet or is it actually enroute to you?

I'm having the same issue. Called customer service and only options were to wait and see if it arrives (not sure how long I'm supposed to wait) or cancel order since Pebbled Palm is no longer available. I was planning to use it for holiday baking so I don't need it soon but since UPS doesn't have any information that it's shipped, I'm afraid it's likely not coming. Curious to see if anyone has gotten theirs.

@Mrs Tetin Interesting what customer service told you. I selected the contour silver and the money has been taken out in full (since I did not use easy pay) from my account several days ag--on October 23rd--so that indicates to me it should be coming soon, hopefully.

Watch--if I start doing the baking that uses the heavier doughs it will show up after I have completed those recipes.

I will be interested, like you, to see if some folks have received their orders and if so, what color was chosen by them.

I bought one in the beautiful pebbled green color and I received it pretty quick. Been using it for at least a week now. I love it so much better than my old tilt head.

I'm getting VERY irritated though that I still have not received the KA food processor TSV I ordered.

Latest update. I called customer service to cancel my order since it's been over a week since the estimated delivery date and UPS says it still has not received the package. Customer service would not allow me to cancel the order (even though this was an option on Sunday) and said they would send an inquiry to the warehouse and I should call back in 3 business days to find out the resIults of the inquiry. I've been shopping with QVC for over 30 years and have never gotten such run around.

@aroc3435 Have you gotten your mixer yet? I'm also a big Call the Midwife fan!

Ms. T, sounds like to me, it was a direct ship from Kitchenaid if they are calling the warehouse and have to wait up to 3 business days. Wow. Shipping is an issue even in country.

Called customer service on Monday to see if the warehouse found my mixer and the rep didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She said I would need to cancel or order the red since that was all that was left in stock. I chose to cancel...still haven't seen my refund. Such poor customer service.

Im sorry to hear what your going thru. You would have loved the new mixer. We got our bowl lift kitchen aid mixer from qvc 2 or 3 years ago around this time. Actually I made a pumpkin cheese cake in it and it came with the glass mixing Bowl so I put the dirty bowl in bottom rack of dishwasher and I then dropped a thin cutting board and it shattered the bowl. My wife makes a lot of cookies for Christmas so she told me you need to get me a new bowl. I need it in.a few weeks for cookies. I was able to find her a new bowl from kitchen aid. I later bought a metal bowl allso. But beaters don't fit the same in the metal bowl. I had to buy beaters that fit it. I wish you luck getting a new mixer from somewhere. Let us know when you get a mixer.

For anyone still looking for a Kitchenaid mixer, Best Buy has the Pro Plus 5 on sale again for $219.99. That's where I got mine last year and it's a very good mixer. Mine is mixing some roll dough five feet from me as I post this. I've been using mine for a year with no issues. For those who say the bowl is hard to get in place, just tilt the bowl towards you, hook the two eyes into the pegs on the mixer, then lean on the back of the bowl and it'll snap right into place.

Yeah. I wasn't planning to buy one last year, but saw that price and grabbed one. It's a very, very good price. It's a good mixer too.

We got the ka bowl lift mixer 4 years ago from qvc for 299.00. And tha that was a good price. It was on clearance then. And we still love it.

You don't think of Best Buy as a place to buy a mixer but their Black Friday price on them is hard to beat. They tend to sell out of them pretty quickly at that price, or did last year anyway, but if you want a larger Kitchenaid mixer, it's a great option.
