It CAN be done!

So today David hosted a four hour show dedicated to only food and wine and did a great job. That proves that two hosts on a three hour Gourmet Holiday are not needed.

Please give us a relief from the silliness, unprofessionalism and immaturity of some of the people who host GH.

@Patriot3 David does a great job alone or with a cohost.

And while we're on the topic, I watched Rachel and Jayne do a show together during the week. I would watch them again.

I prefer only 1 host, especially when vendors are also trying to explain their product. That said, there are definitely host pairings that really work well and are enjoyable to watch.

I only watched bits and pieces, but I found the show to be deadly BORING. At least the silliness offers some diversion. I can't stand to sit and watch even one hour of any prepared food show.

I didn't watch the show constantly because I was watching the Pittsburgh/Buffalo football game, (that came first) but what I did watch, was good and can be done by one host.

@Patriot3 The one that really grated on my nerves was awhen the Scott Brothers ( yes both brothers) were presenting items with former host Jill Bauer with them and Sandra Bennet as the current host. 4 motor mouths together, what a disaster.
