Potstickers

Recently on one of our discussions here, I mentioned that my local stores didn't carry frozen potstickers. I was so envious of you that have Trader Joe's . Well my local Tops Market just started carrying Bibigo brand chicken and vegetable bite sized dumplings. They are delicious , and though small ,are just perfect for a side or maybe to add to soup. I can only hope my store keeps selling them, because it seems that when I really like something it goes away. Anyway if you see them , give them a try. 🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟

We buy them in Trader Joe as well as Wegmans, in Wegmans they are labeled as Dumplings. We serve them over stir fry veggies, delish !!!

I buy them from Costco, Sam's Club, Trader Joe's and even at Target. If your Target has a frozen food section perhaps like mine, you'll find two types of the P.F.Chang dumplings.

I really like Ling brand of potstickers & they come with dipping sauce.

I have purchased the QVC potstickers for years. It was a great way for me to get my then, two very young boys to eat vegetables. I also gifted them to family members who love Chinese food. My usual flavors were the chicken or veggie. The potstickers from Wegmens are very good and remind me of the QVC brand. I tried the variety that is carried at Costco and my boys were not fans. I believe they were rather "cabbage heavy" and caused an aftertaste.

@QVCkitty1 - This brand is sold @ Costco and is featured in the new coupon book that starts next week. I think it is a 36 ct.

Has anyone tried cooking the QVC potstickers in an air fryer? I'm new to air frying so I'm not sure if they can even be cooked that way. I normally cook them on top of the stove and they turn out great, but I thought I might try another method just for the heck of it.

I tried cooking these in the air fryer but wasn't really happy with the outcome. They weren't bad but the skin got crunchy on the edges and stayed kind of translucent in the middle. I tossed them in a little vegetable oil but it wasn't as good as pan frying. In my opinion. 😊 But give it a try (360° for 5 minutes on my air fryer). Now NOTHING is going to help those Korean bbq potstickers they just had as the TSV. 🤢

DD bought a bag of kim chi potstickers and last night I put them in the airfryer--- from frozen and tossed in a little oil--they came out great, however--I have found, I am not crazy about them----
