I am sending my old grill off to college with my son and taking the opportunity to get a newer one for home. Was thinking about the G5 but did see the Evolve (on waitlist). I don't think I would use the muffing pan so it's no big deal, but am wondering if I would like the dial control vs. the digital. My current one has digital control. If there is an upcoming TSV I will wait. Any input is appreciated.
