Look dry and stale. Hard looking. Might be good, but, I'd be afraid to take chance on. That icing looks hard.

I was gifted the holiday assortment to me they were yucky--too sweet

gave box to my lawn crew obviously they liked them because they all were smiling!!

I tried Lofthouse cookies from good reviews here...they were ok but I'm a cookie snob because I'm a baker😉

I like many of the QVC treats, but I did not like these cookies. Ordered once & never again.

I received them twice, as gifts. Not impressed at all! I know lots of people love them, but I thought they were dry, and the frosting was too thick and overly sweet. A few of them arrived totally crumbled too.

Really nothing special at all. I would never buy them or send as a gift. There are so many better cookies out there. (Especially the ones we can easily bake ourselves!)

A few years ago a relative ordered a big box of the Christmas cookies, they were great. A lot of variety and my favorite, some mocha flavored cookies.

They are soft and the ones I had were not overly sweet but perhaps they've changed the recipe.

Quite awhile ago, I ordered Cherlys's cookies, regular and no sugar. I didn't care for either especially the no sugar. I ended up giving the regular cookies to the kids in my family. That was my last order and they still look like they tasted, not good!

I love them and have been ordering them for years. They are frosted cookies, so yes, they are sweet. For me, they are a treat. I have only one at a time with a cup of unsweetened tea and it's the perfect treat. They freeze well. I don't always have them in the house as I love to bake, but I like to order them at holidays.

I have never had an order arrive that was dry and stale. Not sure where that came from. They are individually wrapped, so I put them in a freezer bag immediately, and take them out to eat one by one. They have always been moist and fresh.

I love them. I used to work across the street from Cheryl’s plant. QVC often had better deals than I could get there.

our family LOVES these cookies and orders them every once in a while for ourselves.

i have also ordered them for my daughters heathcare facility and the employees love them. have given them as gifts also.

i have ordered them both directly from qvc and from cheryls.

great thing about ordering food items from qvc. order then once, try them, and there is a 100%, no questions asked, money back guarantee. like them?......great......dont like them?......also great.

When I go to the Cheryl's store and purchase them, I'm always pleased with them, but, I have never had success when ordering.

To me cookies are like so many other things. It's all in what type you like. I was never much of a fan of anybody's iced cookies, but enjoy Cheryl's other varieties. And a big added plus is that they are all individually wrapped.

@SharkE - I've had these in the past. They aren't hard (or stale) and I liked that they were individually wrapped. I can only speak for my own experience, but they arrived in perfect, fresh condition.

Having said that, I did find the frosting a bit sweet for my taste. It wasn't hard though; not remotely. They're a soft-baked cookie.

I have never tasted them, but I occasionally order them for a friend who is in long term care. They are wrapped individually so she is allowed to receive them.

They never last long. The aids and nurses always show up for a treat when she has them. I have been told the citrus flavored frosted ones are the best.

@homedecor1 I am not really in love with baking, but I like to bake my own cookies because with a few exceptions I find commercially sold cookies too sweet. I never ordered any from QVC but a friend shared some of hers— not stale, but too sugary for me. Love a basic cookie without icing.

I bought them last Christmas - not impressed. Harder would have been better - I thought they were too soft. And too expensive.

My husband and I love them, and we just sent a box to our daughter's family. My Granddaughters love them as well. We purchase the snack size, they are perfect for a little snack.

I like some more than others, but I think they are very good, and we freeze ours, and just take a few when we want them......

@wakefield64 That is my impression too. They almost taste like unbaked dough, although I must say, nothing is ever too sweet for me.

I did get Jill's assortment once that had an apple-oatmeal cookie that was delicious.
