Is Curtis Stone cookware dishwasher safe?

No, I don't want what the mfgr. says, I need real life exerience please. I bought some light blue and hope it stays that way. I figured the black might look frosty.

@depglass Because they are so easy to clean I have not bothered putting them in the dishwasher.

@depglass no need for a dishwasher. So easy to clean with hot soapy water. I bought mine in Red many, many years ago and i must say they still look the same.

I have both CS cookware and bakeware and have never put them in the dishwasher because they take about 15 seconds to wipe clean with a little hot water and Dawn. I wouldn't risk the wonderful finish on the pans by putting them in the dishwasher since it's not necessary!

i put mine in the dishwasher some times but they are so easy to clean, mostly i don;t--have a set from 3 years ago and they still are like new---love them

I'm with everyone else, I just wash them with a bit of dish soap and they come out beautiful. No need for the dishawasher. Love his cookware, BTW.

As others have stated Curtis' cookware is so easy to clean, I don't bother with the DW a majority of the time. I have put the small 8" frypans in just to make a full load. No problem. Comes out clean, no flaking. As a rule I do not put any non-stick cookware in the DW.

I don't have Curtis stones pans . we have Rachel rays oval pan set in blue and I do put them in dishwasher and they have faded a lot.

My personal experience with Curtis Stone cookware absolutely I put in the dishwasher comes out looking new !!!!!

I like sann's and Sunshine45's answers best. I have the firmest resolve to wash by hand when stuff is new but eventually I will have a tough mess and into the dishwasher it goes. I have a pan from the neighbor in which she fixed us Ina Garten's baked scampi. That I will be sure to wash by hand, I'd hate to have her quit cooking for us. She loves having people over but with the covid we settle for giving her something to cook and she keeps half for herself. Win-win.
