This weeks baked treat 🍋🍋

Made these for card group this week.

They are mini lemon bundt cakes filled with lemon curd, topped with fresh whipped cream and maraschino cherry.

sure come on over - I'll take a few and put them aside for after we have a nice dinner.

Well, then again don't know if you like "stuffed cabbage rolls" but I just did a zoom teaching class on
"how to make them"
for my friends mom & my cousin -- so of course I had to make some for me and the freezer!

Next lesson is beef stew -- so you may get your choice! LOL

Actually I like I can bring dessert as the hostess always serves us a light dinner.

And I'm glad to have them -- it's one night a week out to just "relax" and enjoy some laughs! (I'm always the loser -- good thing I don't play real $$ cards!)

Be still my heart! Two all time favorites here, lemon curd and stuffed cabbage rolls. Heaven times two. Those both look so so very good! @homedecor1 I'd like for you to adopt me, please. I'm only nearly 75 so wouldn't be in your way and am very good at cleaning up. I'd tell DH he'd have to fend for himself awhile. LOL

If that interstate 75 I'll meet you with a "to go" package! I'm 1 hour away...

If its age -- that's fine because I know you'll know your way around the kitchen. lol and I'll set you a place at the table, cup of tea and you can share some wonderful lifetime stories with me🙂

I enjoy the ladies I know here they're 75+ and they've always have great stories🙂🙂 and I'll pack a container for you to take home.

I'm a vegetarian so I wouldn't be much trouble at all either I could just eat the sides and desserts!

I'm afraid to say YES for fear of the "bashing"!!! But these are the same ladies for the past 4 years I've played cards with (we just started playing again in October)-- we all wear face masks unless eating -- plus, we've all had the first vaccine. Next scheduled for 2/1/21.

And most of us are still very careful whenever we go anywhere.

But, the state of FL is open for business with mandatory face masks!
